Explore Tasty House

Tucked inside a bustling mall at 3255 Hwy 7 Unit 238FC in Markham, Tasty House might not catch your eye immediately with its unassuming food court setup, but the moment you try their drinks, it becomes clear that this is a spot worth visiting. Known for its bubble teas, the stand serves up beverages that are perfectly balanced-not overly sweet yet bursting with flavor. The tapioca pearls are consistently well-cooked, a detail that sets Tasty House apart from even some of the larger chain outlets where this simple touch is sometimes overlooked. Among their most popular offerings, the mango coconut milk with sago stands out. The drink is rich, creamy, and generously packed with fresh mango pieces, creating a refreshing tropical treat that keeps people coming back despite the slightly higher price.

Service at Tasty House is quick and attentive. Staff respond promptly to orders and are accommodating to special requests, like adjusting drinks for those who avoid tea. They also make small but appreciated gestures, such as letting customers know in advance about minor card payment surcharges. This thoughtful attention, combined with their friendly, approachable attitude, creates a welcoming experience that feels personal even in the busy environment of a mall.

The location, while convenient, does come with the typical challenges of a popular food court. Parking can be tricky at peak times, and the surrounding mall stands are visually more polished, but once you have a cup in hand, the simplicity of the space is overshadowed by the quality of what’s in it. Prices are reasonable, with most bubble teas around $2.50, and the generous portions of fruit and tapioca make each drink feel like a bargain for the care and quality poured into it. For anyone craving a satisfying bubble tea in Markham, Tasty House delivers drinks that are flavorful, fresh, and crafted with attention to detail, providing a casual yet memorable experience for both regulars and newcomers alike.

I appreciated them mentioning before proceeding with the payment that they charged additional 0.50 cts if you pay by card. The place is in a food court inside a mall. The stand doesn't look as nice as the other around but here their bubble teas were not too sweet and was still delicious. The tapioca were well cooked which sometimes even in big chain there are mistakes. Nice place for bubble teas! However, it was crowded in the parking. Despite the large number of spots it was complicated to find a spot.

This used to be at Market Village (R.I.P.) and was my goto place for "Green Apple Lemon soda". The flavour balance was on point I could taste the Green Apple and Lemon. I wish they still had their loyalty drink card. (^__^)

Best Authentic Bubble Milk Tea in town The bubble milk tea here is made with real HK style Milk tea, unlike 99% of the “claimed” bubble milk tea out there that are made of sugar, milk powder and color. This one has true HK milk tea taste. I always pay a visit when I’m in the area. Bravo!

Really friendly service. I got the mango coconut smoothie with tapioca. Love that it’s real chunks of fresh mangoes and the tapioca was perfect.

Been going here for years and the quality is always amazing! For $2.50 you can get a regular size bubble tea with tapioca included. Or upgrade to a large for $3.50! Staff is also great. I've known the women working there for years and she's super friendly! Check it out!

Best bubble tea in town! The drinks are delicious and really worth the price (only $2.50 for bubble teas!). My favourite drink is the mango coconut milk with sago. It is a bit more expensive, but the fresh mangoes are def worth it. :)

This place specializes in drinks and crepes. Looking for drinks? There's two lists full of different kinds of drinks, from juices to milk tea. Looking for food? There's two lists full of crepes; the sweet kind or the savory kind. Milk tea goes for $2.50 for a regular. Smaller and larger cups are available, but the price is around there. Crepes are also not too bad, around $4.50 for sweet crepes and $5 for meat crepes. I had the regular milk tea with tapioca (topping's free) and a crepe with corn beef, eggs and mushrooms. Crepe was pretty good. Generous amount of filling, and the size of the crepe is comparable to the ones downtown (though of course since you're paying a third of the price there's not AS much filling) For the milk tea, I thought it was alright. Friend said it was good and it tasted just like HK-style milk tea. Given this context, I don't really have anything to compare with since I've never had milk tea in HK.
